Repair separating exterior trim on front entry
Tighten any loose bathroom hardware
Remove bugs and debris from the exterior light fixture
Remove wasp nest near the entrance
Secure or replace the loose/detached entry threshold
Inspect the back door, as it is difficult to open
Remove junk located behind the exterior AC unit
Paint/seal beneath the sinks in all bathrooms
Replace the thermostat or its batteries so the temperature can be properly adjusted
Replace any broken or damaged doorstops
Check all drains as both bathtubs are draining slowly
Replace 6 sets of damaged or dirty miniblinds (Living room 2, far left bed 2, primary bed 1, middle bed 1)
Inspect the soft, spongy flooring area in primary bedroom right outside bathroom, provide a plan for repair
Reattach loose thresholds in the living room and kitchen
Fix broken sink stopper in upstairs guest bath
Rebuild upstairs guest bath toilet
Replace dated/hard to operate faucets in both bathtubs
Replace faucets in upstairs guest bath sink and ½ bath sink
Replace stained toilet seat in upstairs guest bath
Inspect the gap in flooring in downstairs 1/2 bath, let me know if there is anything you can do to fix
