Replace living room light, 2 kitchen lights with flushmounts and 1 vanity light in bathroom
Replace toilet seat
Install towel bar kit. Currently no TP holder

Repair door casing at closet
Install center bracket to support closet rod
Secure kitchen cabinet to wall
Replace kitchen faucet
Remove and haul away cabinet next to sink. No additional cost to haul away due to earlier line item
Repair damaged wood around ac unit. Currently no window. The hole is filled with plexi glass and it's broken. Might require a new window. 36x37. It appears the ac unit is pitched inside the house. Would explain the water damage
Install hydraulic arm on storm door. Tighten handle, install proper handle catch and adjust door to close correctly
